Kitchens meant for cooking
Every one of the four has a proper kitchen, not a kettle and a microwave, so a real meal is always an option.
Water close by at every address
Casa Miguel sits by the three pools of its complex, Casa Carmensita has a private pool, and Tas-Sellum looks over a shared seafront pool. Is-Serkin trades a pool for its own courtyards.
Somewhere to sit outside
A terrace, courtyard, balcony or garden comes with each place, so outdoor space is part of the stay wherever you choose.
The same simple timing
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00 applies across all four, so plans are easy to make in advance.

What they have in common

One host, four places, two islands. Casa Miguel and Casa Carmensita sit in Corralejo, on Fuerteventura; Is-Serkin and Tas-Sellum sit on the Maltese coast, in San Pawl il-Baħar and Mellieħa. Nothing links the four beyond the way they are run: proper kitchens, clear check-in times, and a host who answers directly rather than through a script.

Each place suits a different stay. Casa Miguel is a compact ground-floor apartment by the pools of a Corralejo resort, easy for a couple or small family who want no stairs and a short walk to town. Casa Carmensita is a three-bedroom house nearby with its own pool and garden, built for a bigger group who want to stay in rather than go out. Across the water, Is-Serkin is a ground-floor maisonette two minutes from Simenta Bay with its own courtyards, and Tas-Sellum is a seafront apartment in Mellieħa with unbroken sea views and a pool shared with the building.

Choosing between them is really choosing between an island, a setting and a pace, not between different standards of care.

Questions we get every week

What actually connects these four places?

One host runs all of them: two in Corralejo on Fuerteventura, two on the Maltese coast. The link is how they are looked after, not a shared building or view.

Which one suits a bigger group?

Casa Carmensita sleeps up to six across three bedrooms with its own pool and garden, and Is-Serkin sleeps up to five across three bedrooms, one with its own courtyard access.

Which suits a couple or a quieter, smaller stay?

Casa Miguel is a fifty square metre ground-floor apartment for up to four, right by the pools of its Corralejo complex, five minutes on foot from the high street.

Do all four have a pool?

Casa Miguel and Tas-Sellum both come with shared pools, Casa Carmensita has its own private pool that can be heated on request, and Is-Serkin has two private courtyards instead of a pool.

Are pets welcome at all of them?

Pets are welcome at Casa Carmensita and Is-Serkin. Tas-Sellum does not allow pets, and Casa Miguel's listing does not mention them.

Is check-in self-service everywhere?

At Casa Carmensita, Is-Serkin and Tas-Sellum, entry is by keypad or smart lock. Casa Miguel's check-in is arranged directly, and flight times are taken into account where possible.

This is a short enough list that a person can answer it. Write once and we will say which one fits.
