Get in touchWhy is it cheaper?
We don’t have a direct API to Airbnb and Booking.com – we sync via iCal every 5 minutes, and a direct request only becomes a booking once you approve it, so double bookings don’t happen. It means we don’t pay for certifications and integrations that would otherwise end up in the price – and neither do you.
What hosts ask
Every five minutes. Five is the floor rather than a limit of ours: an .ics is a cached export the channel regenerates on its own schedule, so asking more often buys nothing. And a stay is matched by the feed's own id, not by its dates, so a booking that moves is recognised as itself instead of arriving as a second one.
I’m building Posadita for myself. I rent out an apartment on Fuerteventura and for years I stitched together Airbnb, Booking.com, PriceLabs, Chekin and a spreadsheet. This is the one tool I wanted – at the price I’d pay for it as a host.
